I am extremely disgusted by this companies service partnered with extreme anger towards them! KAN KAN driving school service is TERRIBLE!

I had a driving instructor - after being left an answer phone message to say she was no longer doing lessons - I still had 5 remaining. I rang up to get my money back, only to find out I had to get in back in a cheque - wasn't extremely pleased with that but had to wait. After calling on the 9th October 2009 - I receive a cheque today - 16th October - with the wrong spelling of my name so I cant pay it into my account!!!!!!!!! To see a date on the cheque of the 14th - 5 days after I had called!!!! I decided to ring at 18.57 - from my mobile - being charged 20p per minute... I waited on hold for 30 mins!!!!!! (yes I will be expecting that money back)... I got connected and dead line - they had CUT ME OFF!!!!!!

Terrible, appalling, disgusting service! I hope they are very happy that they have such a dissatisfied customer.. they don't tell the truth and do what they say you will!!!!!! APPALLING!

Anyone who goes with KAN KAN DRIVING SCHOOLS must be crazy - STAY AWAY FROM KAN KAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
