The online banking is very good and cant complain about that with the exception of money transfers.
Just think of all them billions sitting in thier account while its out of yours and not in the recipitants. We are talking telephone numbers.
And what is a £5 maintenance charge' for online banking.
Is there someone inside thier server with a dust cloth and hoover keeping the hard drive clean.
What I would complain about is the little by little the charges are creaping up.
I also took out £4000 in cash recently but only found out by looking online that I was charged 27 quid for the privelage.
For £27 they should find the time withing the 3 minutes it took to tell me about that charge.
