I BOUGHT A PAIR OF ADIDAS PREDATOR POWESWERVE PERSONALISED BOOTS IN A SIZE 4, MADE SURE I ORDERED A SIZE BIGGER AS MY SON IS ONLY A SIZE 3. THE BOOTS WERE DEFINATELY NOT A SIZE 4. HE HAS OTHER ADIDAS SIZE 3 THAT STILL FIT HIM NOW. I AM IN A DISPUTE WITH THEM AND HAVE BEEN INTO ADIDAS WITH THE BOOTS AND, WELL NOT TELLING BUT WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.

SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO, WELL CAN I SAY WAS RUDE AND ABRUPT AND VERY CONDESENDING. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. I TELEPHONED CUSTOMER SERVICES BEFORE I ORDERED TO SEE IF I COULD EXCHANGE AS THEY WERE A SUPRISE BIRTHDAY PRESENT AND THEY TOLD ME YES. PLEASE BE AWARE.
