Had a kitchen fitted by KD several months ago. Initially most of the work had been done to an accceptable level but several key items were outstanding at the end of the job and the installed sink was substandard and covered in scratches due to the poor quality of the steel. Their project manager has accepted that this is unsatisfactory but am now getting the run around in terms of getting the job finished. My advice would be that if you do like their products then buy them, make sure you get complete delivery and do not pay a penny until you are certain you have everything. Get your own local installer to do the work as you can control the project yourself. KD have my money and it is clear their responsibilities have ended with that transaction.
