Their customer service attitude is poor and you can't imagine how they talk about customers behind! I phoned once to book a lesson for my mum, as my mum is easy to get tired so I asked whether they could split the first lesson to two 1-hour sessions. I called back as I was not sure about the lady's explanation. This time a guy aswered the phone and talked to the lady, who said: 'she's such a liar!'(the guy didn't put me on hold..). And as I wanted an apoplogy from the lady, the guy was trying to convince me that she's answering a customer call and it'll last for 25-30 minutes and I will have to wait!! Do you want to be treated like this?
