Ordered a new machine from them, received within expected delivery times.

The item itself had a faulty graphics card. However, the fault was beyond normal faults in that the card would not even power on (no fans spinning up, nothing) meaning it had been damaged when the system was built (as the card had no physical marks of damage).

Called to arrange a replacement. Was first informed that I must have broken it (despite receiving it as a pre-built machine from them) and that I shouldn't have opened the case (despite only opening the case to examine the graphics card and noting the failure).

Was finally able to arrange a return/replacement, but they refused to replace the card, merely to "repair" it, even though it is beyond repair.

The final decision by them was it was broken by me, and the would not replace it. So that's me out £300 on a Graphics card, and them sitting happy with £300 for hardware they perhaps broke, but certainly didn't test before sending out.
