I originally took out a 12 month contract with Virgin & then continued with an 18 month contract. I am now 4 days away from the end of this contract & called to cancel and get my PAC code as I need to get a blackberry for work. I sent an email and got a call back, after speaking to a very nice girl I was put on hold for approx 5 mins whilst she tried to put me through to a dept. that could cancel my contract. When I finally got through a very agressive gentleman told me I would need to pay 28 pounds to end the contract and when I told him I thought this was unreasonable he practically screamed down the phone at me, after all how dare I leave Virgin to get a blackberry with another provider when they are getting them in December. At which point I hung up & am very relieved to be nearing the end of my contract!!!!!!!!!
