we are very impressed with the service we recieved our first time flying with jet 2 and we are so pleased we are booking next year with them we seen a hostess help a gentleman with his meal she cut it up for him in a very caring manner didnt talk down to him i used to work in a care home and have seen some care asstants not give the care this young hostess gave ten out of ten for care prebook extra leg room there and back week booked it there but didnt reilise we hadnt booked it on return
