AVOID AVOID AVOID THE ONLINE TICKET SHOP!! I ordered tickets with these guys over a week ago to see Beyonce in Birmingham. After a week i hadn't heard anything and no money had been debited from my account and that is when i found this website. I called immediately to cancel my order and got no answer and sent an email and got no reply. Today i had an email saying the servers were down and a new number was given to call and give credit card details. I called this number to cancel my order and was hung up on. I called back and left it ringing for ten mins before it was answered - the guy i spoke to was exremely rude - told me it was cancelled but i wouldn't recieve any confirmation as he was too busy. Now i don't know if i have a booking or if they will use my credit card details...
