Booked the car via CarTrawler website, usually use Europcar, who are excellent, but chose this option as it was slightly cheaper. Upon arrival they tried to charge a lot of extras. Had to call CarTrawler, their rep had to speak to re AirAuto Rep, who was loud and abusive, and agreed to more or less the original quote. But when we wanted the keys, the extras were added again. No other choice on a Saturday night at Faro Airport.
The car was filthy, with a blood soaked tissue under the seat.

We have raised this with CarTrawler, and are awaiting their reply (with a full refund for the "extra charges"!)

Will never, ever use again. Have travelled extensively, but have never met such a horrible service. Air Auto are absolute crooks! Would like to give them no stars on this review, but that option does not appear to be available.
