This company is an absolute waste of time. They found us a buyer & then the day before the contracts were due to be exchanged they convinced them to buy another property from them at a higher price. They are completely unprofessional & rude, the Wollaton office in Nottingham is a disgrace! They called me every day during the failed sale trying to force me out of my own house before the sate of completion, all because they wanted the sale to go through so they would get their bonus in time for Christmas. I wish I'd visited this site before I made the mistake of engaging their services. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone goes with this company, they are so pushy & rude.
