I recommend that you stay well clear of D&A in Rickmansworth.
I had major problems with the attitude of the staff, the manager in particular, when I had problems. Don't believe the website which says something along the lines that they are passionate about customer service! What a joke!
D&A customer service centre were not interest in helping me and just washed their hands of the matter. When I wrote to head office, they were also totally uninterested. This is all because the branch is run as a franchise, so D&A are not interested.
You have been warned!
