Arrogant nasty staff, I have 2 accounts both with money coming in and a mortgage which has never been in arrears with them. Charging me £99 in total for going over my limit for half a day! Then staff tell me that if it had happened in december then I would only get charged a few quid! As soon as the overdrafts are paid up I will be moving all my banking away from them.
And to think my 10k a year tax bill is going towards keeping them afloat.
