Ordered washing machine on the Saturday from Appliance Online, delivered on the Thursday. Got a text & and automated message on the Wednesday saying that delivery would be between 7am and 11am. Driver called at 7.20am & said would deliver between 8am & 10am, arrived just before 9am (after driving from Bristol to Poole)
