Once again, Handtec were brilliant. Ordered the product and asked for it to be delivered to the flat that I live in whilst working away from home. Delivery driver didn't access properly due to workman round my flat and wouldn't let me collect it (due to having no ID for my weekday address), and so I contacted Handtec via email. They had the delivery address changed to my work address that afternoon and the next morning it was delivered to my work address so that I had my parcel - at no extra cost. This is the second time I've had superb service from Handtec and would use them again without hesitation.
