Well firstly reading through the previous reviews, I am certain they are talking about another company than Unicom. I have been a customer of Unicom and they have treated me with the upmost respect and their Customer Service is second to none.
When they send out a rep they completely make you aware of the type of contract you are entering into, they even make it very clear when they call you over the phone prior to coming out. Lets face it they beat every other provider, mostly by saving you money, but you must admit having no menus to wade your way through and dealing with people who actually speak the English language is a really blessing. If you don't believe me try and call their Customer Service, bet they answer your call in under 6 secs, try and beat that.

I found this review not helpful because... It's obviously planted by Unicom or an associate. Not only the extremely bias, lets face it 'advert' like text. But also the phases do not fit in with a first hand description of a service.
Examples:
"When they SEND out A rep.." would read "when they SENT out THEIR rep...."
"the type of contract you are entering into" should read "the type of contract WE enterED into"
When the author introduces the concept of a company, any company ringing/ cold calling in advance to WARN of the TYPE of contract..... Sorry but that's cloud cuckoo land. Even if we weren't talking about Unicom.
