We booked this car well in advice, to be collected from the airport, they should have been waiting for us with the vehicle. They were not - tried ringing numbers we had for local agent, auto union, but not answer, so had to get coach transfer in order to avoid hefty taxi charge. They never contacted the mobile number we had provided them with. Just returned back, and trying to get the money back for the deposit. Rang a lady in london, struggled to undertand her, to be told "why didn't you ring us"!!! Said we didn't have your number, only local agents who didn't respond. Been told to email and they will look into it, but the lady said this company is very good. Very doubtful will get refund, glad paid on credit card as maybe can get the money back that way!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!We booked a car with a local company in the end, which was cheaper - and completely fully insured, no deposit and no excess to pay regardless of damage!
