I'm only giving one star, as it seems one cannot give none. I have never received a delivery from City Link 1st time round, they seem incapable of ringing the door bell. The only way to get one's parcel successfully, seems to be to leave their 'Whilst you were out' card stuck above the doorbell with a reminder to ring said doorbell! I am so frustrated that I've asked Amazon to cancel any order, if they instruct Citylink to deliver. Royal Mail is pretty grim, but it's 5 star compared to this lot.
