I have had to return 3 times now in total to get my exhaust replaced. They were very nice about it and dealt with it as soon as I arrived in the center. They told me they had ordered a new exhaust last week and I dropped the car off on Saturday to have it replaced.
I made mistake of leaving the car with them and not watching what they were doing. I don't even think they did anything other than make it worse.
My car sounds worst than it did before I had the exhaust replaced. I can now feel the vibration from the exhaust and the smell and noise are becoming un-bearable.
This was the first and last time I use Kwik Fit. Spent £278.
Don't use this national based company. They are really good at customer service but rubbish when it comes to dealing with anything to do with cars.
