FREE GIFTS DO MATERIALISE (after a few weeks)

Order Placed on 25 Sept 2009 for a Nokia 6700 on an 18 month contract with T Mobile with 800 free minutes and unlimited texts for £29 per month. With a Wii Console and Wii Fit as free gifts.

Phone arrived via Royal Mail the next day 26th Sept. The Gift claim voucher was with order. I sent the claim back with copy of driving license and passport on Tuesday 29th Sept.

I was emailed on the 30th to say claim was correct. Then got an email saying that they were out of stock. I rang them and gave order number and they told me it would be about another week.

Received email on the 8th Oct telling me that gift would be delivered the next day. It arrived by City Link on the 9th Oct but WII Console only and NO! WII Fit. I rang them 13th Oct, it took 20 minutes to get through (check cost of calling 0844 number, much cheaper from landline) and POLITE operator told me WII Fit was out of stock.

Then on 14th October I got another email saying gift dispatched and it arrived on 15th October.

I got everything that I wanted but it took 20 days from placing order to receiving all of the FREE GIFT. It seems worth it for me. But you might need to be patient.
