I booked a flight online at ryanair website with their deals to Faro from Bournemouth for £3 per person each way. I entered in the details and was shocked to see the actuall cost after checking in baggage which was £10 per person each way, taxes and charges, the flight totalled to £220!! Not a deal is it...
Please be aware tho before you check, your luggage weighs up to 15kg. At the check in I nearly got charged £80 for going over. Luckily my mum was under the limit and I quickly put some stuff in her case but i was still too heavy so ended up paying £60. I mean, your going away for a week in the sun so 15kg is not enough! Other airlines are 20kgs. Stick with easyjet.
Drinks and food on board so expensive - dont bother, bottle of water is £2.70! Seats were uncomfortable but its a budget airline so it was what we expected.
You only really need priority boarding if you want to sit next to your friend and you board the aircraft first. If your not, theres a sudden mad rush on board to get the best seats together. On return, we were nearly the last ones to board but didnt sit together.
WOuldnt fly with them again, sorry
