On arriving at Shannon Aiport, we waited 25 minutes for a bus to take us to the car, the car was badly damaged along one side, it had not been noted and it was as well that we checked it ourselves. On returning the car there was nobody at the depot to return it to and no mention where we were supposed to take it, we eventually read another hires details.the charges that we agreed to and paid for on the internet were nothing like the chages that our account was debited with. the amont was taken on the morning of the hire and has taken 10 days to be returned after three phone calls and 2 e-mails. We finally telephoned their agent in Limerick Ireland for the matter to be resolved to our satisfaction. Never again would we use this Alamo/ Eurocar, we hire cars in Ireland four times per year and this was a first for us using this company. What a shambles
