Without a shadow of doubt the worst customer service experience i have ever had. They try everything not to face up to their responsibilities. They don't respond adequately. To try to palm you off, they refer you back to the manufacturer (who are aware they use this incorrect process deliberately). Then after you finally nail them the return process will take up to 31 days. For a pair of £29 earphones. Do not shortern your life by dealing with these cynical chancers.
