Hired a car for collection from the airport, either a Toyota Avensis / Citreon C5 or similar. Upon arrival we were told at the collection point they had no car for us and they had repeatidly asked the Agents to stop confriming reservations they could not fulfill. After an hour we were offered a Citreon C2, take it or leave it, we had to take it, we were told to contract Cartrawler to sort out a credit and compensation. Despite numerous emails to them I have only received the standard we are very sorry etc etc and the last one of those was a month ago. Maybe a direct email to Greg Turley is the way. Anyone have the address and prepared to post it here?
