Terrible service. Too many disruptions. Service dropping out several times a day. Low speeds. I subscribed to 10MB. When I ran speed checkers I noticed it varied on a daily basis. Highs of 9MB lows of 1.5MB. Poor customer service. The selling point for me was the speed. When it worked it was ok. But losing conections several times a day for long periods of time is of no use. I telephoned their customer service department on several occasions. On one occasion they promised to call me back. The call never arrived. I sent them an email via my Virgin Media account. The reply read "We need more information to assist you, can you supply us with your email address". Would the email address not be at the top of the email I sent to them?
