Our company bought a couple of BenQ writers because they thought that it was a great product for a fraction of the price. Well, they were wrong on that decision. We experience data lost and improper burn results.
Well, at first we thought it was the disks that made these mess but upon using other burners we proved that it was because of the BenQ CD writers. Since then, whenever I see a BenQ product I think twice before buying it.
I saw some great BenQ products but this particular one was a downer. We ended up returning those products to the supplier and selected other models.

cdrom / cdwriter mouting problem
2 hd's and 2 cd devices on the same bus hdc is a LG 48X normal cdrom hdd is a Benq (was acer?) 32x10x40 rewritable.
