Horrible service, I was wanting to order a Nintendo DS R4 card. The checkout process went smoothly, until I received an e-mail telling me I had to verify my address somehow (it was an international purchase), due to "security reasons". The thing is, my credit card is linked to a P.O. Box, so utility bills were out of the question, and I was definitely NOT going to provide them with one of my bank statements.
The main problem was, these people were so quick to respond to my doubts about how to verify my address(in a matter of minutes to hours), but as soon as I mentioned the word "refund" they stopped responding to my inquiries. It's been 3 days now and I'm waiting to see if I receive my refund.
Truly ridiculous stuff.
