I am Tiscali customer last few years. i used the internet very rarely. so i dont care about the speed or any other service. in some un avoidable circumstance my service had some problem and i contacted there customer service. That time only i understand how bad there service. the people in the customer service dont know how to talk and how to handle a customer. they simply say this some tech problem and you have to contact tech. dept. there is no coordination in each department. they cannot transfer the line, all callsa charge 7 to 10p per min. if you say anything to force to do them they will terminate the call and no contact after that, after that i requested to cancell my line and now i am with other provider. in all these time thay will chasing for the payment, which the service thay did not provide. thay made my life missarable for morethan 1 month. all these years i used as direct debit for the service last years, thay dont consider your of your problem if u late payment. no i am passing my problem to the agency who handle cases is CISAS. i hope i will get justice from there. So please customers, please dont gor for tiscali. You will get the bad experiances, whati got. Thay made you mad.
