We visited Stratford upon Avon store today and were very pleased with the service and friendliness of the young lady who served us. We have just one comment to make and that is a number of the packs of tiles we lifted off had broken ones in them. They had obviously been hit by a truck on one corner. Unfortunately even though we thought we had checked thoroughly we found on unloading them at home one pack has a number of broken tiles in it which means we will have to make another journey to exchange them. I know we only live about 6/7 miles from the store but this means an extra journey so some of the savings we made using our over 60's card will be used up in fuel costs. This wont deter us from using the store in the future as it is a very good store. Ann Warr
