I have only just turned 18 and I started my lessons at the start of august. its now the middle of oct and I am not satisfied. I have spent a large amount of money with this company! To begin with i booked my first lesson and was sent a confirmation letter with the date and time of my lesson. She was a NO show! I then wrote an email to Red explaining my annoyance and they said they would find out what happened. I was palmed off with an excuse.. she lost her phone and lost my details... this should have been taken as a sign. we then booked another lesson, which was again cancelled 10 minutes before i was due to drive. When I finally had a lesson I thought she was helpful and I felt I learned quite a lot. However for the next 8 lessons (2 hours each) I seemed only to be repeating the same thing over again. She was rude and my confidence levels didnt seem to be improving. AFter all these lessons i was not even on a main road. We went to the same place each time, i hadn't even driven home! Changed my instructor, went with another company, i am saving myself £6 an hour and with in the first hour of working with him i was on a busy road! WOw. I think she was taking the mickey and trying to get every penny she could get.
