lets start with the fsct it.s an 0845 number, so no matter where you call from YOU ARE CHARGED and that can cost a fortune from a moble especially as they have a minute of rubbish before you evcen get to your choice . unless you have the value bt pack.

my mate had a heart attack at the wheel and no-one else was involved , and the car just had a small dent on the left hand side.

was in the police pound for a few days and saga did norhing, then it was towed to a revcover agency, only then after two weeks did they realise they were going to have to pay for the storage.. 20 pounds a day plus the towage of 200 pounds.

they have got three mobile numbers for me and as yet nothing,

it was and still is in the garage after two more weeks, and i am giving them till the 16 th of october and find out where the head office and if necessary fly there and see the m.d. and give him my taxi recepts !

they seem to just want money and give nothing in return,,,, go elesewhere there are plenty to go to...
i am only giving one star rating as there is no choise for zero
