The phone they delivered was faulty, three days later they sent a replacement. That was again faulty. so we wrote a letter and returned the phone as we wanted to cancel our contract. They kept returning the phone to us for over five times. Their customer services number never works and we advised o2 to they could do nothing later they tried to contact them and from their records they could see that we had asked them to block the number as we were returning the phone and canceling the contarct. but they needed confirmation from e2save but they did after 2 months of line rental cancel our 18 months contract . which was seventy five pounds per month. this company is a con. when buy the phone they are part of carphone warehouse but you have complaint different story.
