They are most uselesss, unprofessional, ridiculous, insensitive, disorganised, ghetto and they should be banned from flying. Because of their disorganization i missed my mums 60th birthday in dec of 2008. The airline was overbooked and as such they delayed our flight from housotn and when we got to NY at 3.30pm they had closed the gate for a flight that was suppose to take off at 4.30 (an hour ahead of time) apparently they had overbooked the day beofre and as such those people were put on the flight we were suppose to be on. They put us in the dirty Ramada Inn in NY and offered no coupons for food. They just did not care and the ground crew left the customers to go home... i will never ever advise anyone in their sane mind to use this airline either domestically or international
