Awful bank - Hard to contact (if you don't have relevant details sent to you when you opened the account don't bother phoning as the robot asks you these details)
Website money transfers very complicated, tranfer between A/L accounts doesn't show up on the receipent account until the following day - it's a bloody computer - should be instant!!

Watch out when they phone you and say "can I give you some advice on how to prevent identity fraud" after 5 mins going on the punch line comes - "buy insurance from us and we will cover you". Save the boring speel and say no straight away.

Would close account but can't be bothered trawling their un-informative website on how to go about it.
