well this is definatley by far the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with! firstly they sent me a quote saying 700 pound a year which i thought was great being a first driver.So i phoned up to confirm everything and then they start saying 'oh no i cant find it on the system i will do another to see if i can match it for you'. Well all of a sudden they started saying 1200 pound.I had the proof in my email of the quote they had offered and it was well within the 30 day quote period but i couldnt have it all because of fault on there end! anyway i proceeded with another quote over the phone which said 982 pound, i took it out and then a week later a man phoned me asking how long i have had my licence for i told him 1-2 months and he explained that the lady who had took my quote details had filled in that i had my licence a year! and said he would have to charge me an extra 400 pound a year!!!!!!! Also trying to phone this company is sooo horrific they keep you on the line for ages they are a joke! Also when you do get through they are all nicey nice until you give your credit card details and then they treat you like ....!! DO NOT BE INTISED IN BY THE CHEAP PRICES OF SWINTON!
