we had no choice but to use resorthoppa as this is who lowcostholidays use as their agents. WE DID WHAT WE WERE ASKED TO DO THAT WAS TEXT OUR FLIGHT DEATAILS AND DATE WE WERE GOING HOME TO THEM AND THEY WOULD TEXT BACK THE PICK UP TIME. They never did and we were sat at out hotel 90 minutes before take off waiting for them. we made several phone calls at our expence , and stressed out as they did not even bother to get in touch with us.
they finally turned up and we were driven to the airport at break neck speed . complained in writting to both resort hoppa dn lowcostholidays but neither wanted to know WOULD NEVER USE OR ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY we were also told at the airport by check in staff it people are late its always resorthoppa doing te transfer.

    I recently booked transport for orlando to inter' drive. when i got the confirmation email i noticed the date had switched itself back to september instead of november , it made it less than 48hrs notice that resorthoppa wanted to reconfirm. i emailed them straight away and they took 8 days to tell me to contact another department. . i too found them hard to contact and the delays in repling to my email laughable. then being given a different email addresss to reply twice delaying the whole process taking 21 days. they said because the date had passed there was nothing they could about it. ironic as it was them who delayed in response to my booking. lucky it was only £34.00 that i had spent with them. we needed other travel arrangements whilst out there and i'm just glad that i never booked that with them too. I'll never use them again and only hope that other people think very careful about using this company. if you want lots of hassle these people are the ones to use
