THE WORST, but I mean THE WORST provider I have ever experienced. We moved in to our house at the beginning of August, ordered a phone line and broadband on 10th August. It is today the 14th October and we are still without a phone line or broadband. They have an internal IT glitch which they cannot sort out apparently. Customer services are dreadful. If you manage to get through to someone who speaks english it is a blessing, but once there they tell you that they cannot update us on what the problem is or how or when it is going to be resolved. You cant speak to a manager, because they are not allowed to pass you over, you have to request a call back. of the 15 call backs we have requested only 1 has ever called back.

DONT GO THERE. they are dreadful. I would not put a star there if I had a choice.

I want to cry.
