This is a matter of Buyer beware, they advertise top ups to go with purchases, fail to provide them, then refuse to do anything about it, they try to pass you off to all and sundry instead of resolving any issues, they have just received from me an ultimatum, complete their contract within 7 days, or go to court, i refuse to be messed about these rude, unhelpful and obnoxious people, DONOT purchase from these cowboys.
As previously noted, almost impossible to contact, which should in its very large way, warn you of whats to come should you have a problem.

There are other, better sites similar to this, i would strongly recommend that you use them.
