NB:I don't want to give this company any stars, but I cannot submit my review on this website without awarding them at least one.This company doesn't know the meaning of Customer Service. My elderly Mother ordered a Microwave Pressure Cooker from them. It arrived on 15/09/09 minus operating instructions. I rang the company on 16/09/09 and spoke to Kayleigh. She asked if it said in the catalogue if it came with instructions for use. I said I didn't know, but that it didn't say that it didn't come with any! She promised they would be sent within 7 days. It is now 14/10/09 and despite numerous emails all she has received is a description of the product. It takes them at least 4 days to respond to an email, but all they do is forward it to another department. We will never shop with them again and we would advise potential customers to go elsewhere!!
