The worst ever experience. I went to slough store in middlesex to choose leather sofa bed. The sales man was so not polite, looked like he was in the hury to get another customer, was making lots of mistakes. He defenetly need customer service courses, because me and I mum were shocked by the service. I liked 2seater leather sofa bed, and singed the papers for the credit check. So had to call them next week, just because sales man took wrong the number. I didn't went through the credit check, then I spoked to some other sales man, I gave my mothers detales for credit check. Than the next day my mum said we can't take the sofa bed, so I had to call and cancel it, and that the same first salesman started shouting at me, that I can't cancel, because they start making the sofa for me, even I didn't went through the credit check, and the other sales man didn't told him about my call and my mums detales. So I was shocked, how can they start making sofa for you when the credit check was bed answer. But now I see, because of all bed reviews, DFS is not the shop to by the sofa. I will call them back and I will speak to a store manager, they said only manager can help me to cancel the order. So I am sertanly do not recomened to buy from DFS.They need to do something about customer service!! Very bad experience, to much stress when you want just to buy a sofa!
