Truly awful company. Never booked through this company but heard from a family member that it is quite cheap. Let me just say I didn't have high expectations from a low-cost airline but they totally let us down.

Flight on time? No it was a 13 hour delay.

Customer service? A joke. The guy who worked the desk at Gatwick was a total joke. Yelling at us when we were inquiring about the delay and what the issue was. Totally unapologetic, unsympathetic and a complete waste of space. Flight attendants, rude and unprofessional.

Comfort on flight? Uncomfortable, torn seats. Even the U-Haul we rented a few years ago was in better shape (and that's not saying much).

Quality of food? Inedible. Period. Disgusting.

Value for money? Seriously, wouldn't fly with them if they paid me to. So no. Any amount spent on them is too much.

Would you recommend to a friend? Only if that friend passed on a terminal illness to me.
