Do not, whatever you do, give your bank details to this company as they will withdraw funds illegally. This is something I am going to write separately to the Trading Standards Authority in Dublin about. If you have to use this company, the car was actually booked using Nova who passed the car hire rental to National/Alamo and it was National Alamo who illegally withdrew funds from my bank account. They withdrew from my bank account a sum of over £1,000 (in case of car damage) which five days later they put back in minus £38. This made my bank account overdrawn too. I have emailed Nova, but so far have had no response to my complaint.
