OCTOBER 2009 - Resort transfers with resorthopper.com

Well unbelievable,we had the same situation with resorthopper as the guests who visited Alcudia in June. We were 3 adults who booked a return transfer between Palma and the resort of Sa Coma. Resorthopper were supposed to confirm our return travel by text 72 hours before our departure flight (which they didn't).I had to ring through to the customer services in the UK to arrange our pick up time to the airport. The transfer bus did not turn up and the driver had the nerve to put us down as a no show?! He is lying because we sat for two hours outside the cafe bar adjacent to the collection point waiting for the transport to arrive. After waiting a further 15 minutes I called the emergency number (which it said to do) only to be told the driver had been and it was logged as a no show and therefore we would have to make our own way to the airport, which cost us 73.50 euros. ( We have since spoken to other people who have had similar experiences with resorthopper.com and they,like us will never use them again!
