As per my review of TopUp TV generally; defective set top boxes, defective customer service (they were ignorant of the fact that as a retailer of electrical goods inside the EU all such goods are covered by a two year contract warrantee (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/rights/gen_rights_e n.htm#gar), I kindly disabused them of this notion ;) ).

Service is very poor and not even worth the £8 a month they're asking for it, and that is saying something. I may try FreeSat or even get Sky in but having put up with TopUp TV for 3 years now I've cancelled my Debit card just to get rid of them (they always had an excuse why they couldn't cancel my service whenever I requested it despite being unable to use the "service" I was supposedly paying for.

Do yourself a favour (I know I would have had I known how bad they were) give them a very wide berth!
