Carphone Warehouse are very poor when it comes to customer service. One of the managers (steve) in the sales team i spoke to could not be bothered dealing with me (as i could hear his sighs and lack of interest).
customer services were to ring me back around 12 noon but never did all day. would not give this company any more of my money in future. stay well clear of them.
would have liked to know just how bad their service is.
