I've been using UK Mail for 3 mths and they are the best i've worked with so far. Yes they make mistakes but they get it right the majority of the time! Keep up the good work!!

Should they make mistakes in the first place?
Obviously we all make mistakes but the magnitude of the mistakes this company makes and the excuses they give for a publically listed company are completely unprofessional.
Do yourself a favour and find a new courier service who doesnt make as many mistakes as Business Post clearly does by reading this review site.
