Being a T-mobile broadband customer has been a very frustrating experience. I have persistent connection problems. Somehow the network causes a '400 bad request' error after several minutes of connection and forces me to re-connect. This becomes extremely annoying when I have to reset the connection around twenty times an hour!
The engineers couldn't find a fault on the network and suggested it could be my computer causing the problem. Well, two friends of mine are on the same network and have the same problem. Perhaps we all have faulty computers!
I would cancel the contract tomorrow if I could afford to pay the cancellation fee.
Based on my experience and the reviews of others I would go elsewhere for your broadband.
