I find E&L to be the worst Pet Insurance company out there!
You can never reach them by phone - it doesn't matter what time you ring. You email them and it takes them forever to respond - and when they do the answer is vague and very simple and doesn't answer your question in the first place.
Their customer service is dreadful - they are rude and unhelpful.
Most Vet surgeries warn you against them because they take so long to resolve a claim - that they won't allow this insurance company to pay the Vet direct.
On one occasion I cancelled the policy - but they took the money off my credit card anyway without asking! Took me a month to get the money back...
Please choose any other company but E&L!!
