This is one of the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their customer service does not exist. I would not give them any stars at all if I didn't have to.

I wish I had read some reviews about it before ordering.

I ordered 3 items of office furniture, 2 of which were delivered by their supplier within a few days of the order. Great. Lovely furniture. One item was out of stock and due to be in stock in a couple more weeks. I waited and waited, I emailed F@W numerous times and I am still waiting for a reply... (other than the standard reply which tells you they will contact you in 24-48 hours - yes, OK, but in which century???)

Fortunately the supplier remembered that we still had an item outstanding on our order and arranged delivery direct with us so we didn't have to wait for F@W to respond to their emails.

I hope this review stops anyone ordering anything from them. The furniture is made by a company called Period Design - it is really good, well made furniture and if you can order from somewhere else, do so.
