I just recently got engaged...for almost a month actually and out of that month, my engagement ring has been with ERNEST JONES for TWO WEEKS!!!! Called them today with an update - they do not have one!!!!!! WHAT A LOAD OF %$^$%*^!!!!! i am so ANGRY because i only wore my ring for less than 2wks. This weekend our parents are visiting from abroad to celebrate our engagement - & i have NO F***&&& ring!!!!
If i knew that my partner was going to buy my ring at F^&^*(*(& ERNEST JONES i would have told him NOT you. Their customer service is much to be desired and i can say the same abou their jewellrey, & the same goes for all their policies cos all they do is cover up for themselves.
Had a previous experience with them in September 2006. WORST PLACE EVER - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
